Free Puppy Potty Training

First off, one thing that will help is putting your puppy on a strict schedule and diet. Feed and water your puppy at the exact same times every day, and only allow your puppy so much time to eat and drink at a sitting. This will make your puppy’s urges to go more regular, so you can kind of keep on top of when your puppy needs to relieve itself.
Try covering your puppy’s whole area with newspaper. As time goes on, remove some of the newspaper. Then, move a little more…then a little more… Pretty soon, your puppy will be peeing on a tiny piece of paper! And that isn’t where you stop, you can even, day by day, move that paper a little bit at a time to anyplace in the house you want. You can even move it right out the front door!
Make sure to walk your puppy pretty often, like once an hour or so. When they eliminate outside, praise them and maybe give them a snack. And don’t get mad about accidents, they happen. Your dog will not understand what is going on. Especially if you hit them or lash out like that, it will only make them more confused, and they can lose respect for you. Your puppy doesn’t want to make you unhappy, your puppy wants nothing more than to do what you want, because he/she just wants your approval. Trust me, if you can make your dog understand what you want, they will do it, and do it happily.
